What are we usually asked about

What method of study do we have?

Alliance School of Real Estate offers all courses by Correspondence; self-study

Assuming I'm a good student?

Even if the student is ready to take  his/her exam(s) online or paper; the student needs to wait for 2.5 weeks between tests before taking the next OPEN book exam.

Who can administer the test (exams)?

The exam administrator or proctor cannot be related by blood, marriage, domestic partnership, or any other relationship, i.e. future employing broker, to the person taking the exam which would influence them from properly administering the exam,  Under no circumstances shall the final exam be furnished directly to the students.

How much is the course?

We offer a combined Real Estate Course featuring: Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practices and Legal Aspects for $399

How long is the class?

Our courses include 8 classes of live instruction over a 4 week period.

Do you help us prepare for the state exam?

Yes, we have practice tests in two different formats. You will receive a CD with 6 practice tests and 900 questions, along with a complete glossary of Real Estate terms.  You will also receive access to an exam preparation site that has 20 practice tests with 2500 questions and a complete glossary of Real Estate terms.

Will you hire us once we are licensed?

All graduates will be given the opportunity to join Coldwell Banker Alliance once they pass the state exam.

Do we have to sign a contract to work with your company?

No, once you’ve completed and passed your state exam  you can join the office of your choice.

How long does it take to complete each course?

Following the CAlBRE regulations, each student MUST spend at least 18 days reading and studying  each course subject before being sable to take their OPEN book exam.

Requirement for Real Estate qualification/ For License:

To qualify for the State Salesperson Exam, one must show proof of completing the Real Estate Principles course, Real Estate Practice course & a Legal Aspects of Real Estate.

What days and time do the classes take place?

We meet Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.

Are the classes in person or on-line?

All courses are taught with a live instructor.

How are the tests taken?

All tests are open book.

Do you offer Real Estate training once we are licensed?

Yes, we offer FREE training to all newly licensed agents.

What type of training do you offer?

We offer training on marketing, prospecting, branding, contracts, disclosures, escrow, title, and common practices.
